All data is retained on your device indefinitely until you manually delete it. You have complete control over when and how your data is removed.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

DriverScore does not share any of your data with external parties. Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data to share with service providers, cloud platforms, or third parties.

6. Your Rights & Controls

Since all data is stored on your device, you have complete control: - Delete individual trips anytime from the app - Clear all app data via Settings → Clear App Data - No data exists on our servers to request deletion of - All data deletion is immediate and permanent - Full data portability through device access

7. Children's Privacy

DriverScore is not intended for children under 13. We do not collect any information from users of any age.

8. Security Measures

Since all data is stored exclusively on your device, security depends on your device's built-in security features. DriverScore does not store or transmit data, so there are no servers or network communications to secure.

DriverScore may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies. This policy applies only to DriverScore services.
